Three False Gods

“I am the Lord, thy God, and you shall not have strange gods before you” Millions of Americans do not know that or ignore that even if they know it is the first of the Ten Commandments. Instead, millions of Americans have replaced God´s first Commandment with their own three false gods, and that is a large part of the reason why the American culture is in great decline in general and in the Washington culture as well. It is not a coincidence. Part of the great cultural decline in America is directly related to the three false gods: The worship and pursuit of money, sex, and drugs. Since the new century started in 2001, this had increased by leaps and bounds. There seems to be no end to the increase, which can be traced to the internet.

The money false god is at the top of the list and is most potent because the false gods of sex and drugs are directly related to money.

American businesses greatly worship the false god of money. They create all kinds excuses to raise prices (Gasoline is a prime example). They have China accept their businesses so their goods can be produced at slave labor wages. Then those same goods are sold in America at very high prices. Business accountants alter books so they can pocket large amounts of money. The oil companies keep raising the price per gallon of gasoline and later their profits are registered in the billions of dollars. Grocery stores do the same. There never seems to be any end.

The pursuit of the false god of sex is most destructive in America´s culture. It causes divorces, aids, cohabitation, pornography addiction which has filtered down into elementary schools and captured the attention the age group of 10 to 18. Since 2007 prostitution greatly increased and has been more acceptable. One can see prostitutes walking the streets in plain, plain view wearing their alluring attire. Many families have been hurt and lives ruined because of the pursuit and worship of the false god of sex.

The pursuit and use of the false god of drugs is most ruinous in people´s lives. That has greatly increased since 2001. Murders and homicides are the result of the need and use of illicit drugs. The great need for illicit drugs has caused great and terrible things to go on and happen in Mexico. All the cartels and murders in Mexico are the direct result of American´s desire for drugs which come through Mexico. So many lives are lost because of the false god of drugs.

Instead of accepting and worshiping the true God, Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who blesses, helps, and protects us from the ruinous results of pursuing and worship the three false gods of money, sex, and drugs, millions of people become caught up and enslaved by them. Their lives are ruined on the total dead end and immoral road of addiction to the three false gods.
