SHORT COMMUNICATION 248
An Unwanted Court Decision
By
Roger Behra
When the Constitution of the United States was formed so long ago, it guaranteed the free speech of all Americans. At the time the farmers had no idea or conception of what all would be considered free speech. In 2011, however, it is very clear what is considered free speech, and many Americans are very upset and wish the words free speech was more precisely defined. That wish became much more intense when the U. S. Supreme Court ruled the gravely evil internet pornography was allowable under the free speech heading. The ramifications of that Court decision are many, and as a result, the Supreme Court has become a partner in those ramifications because of their horrendous decision.
Computer internet pornography is one thing. But what puts it at the top of the ramification list is the intense addiction factor. People in very large numbers from age ten to senior citizens have become gravely addicted. And that addiction to internet pornography has led to grave behavior changes as early as ten or eleven. Current research has revealed that in America´s middle schools grave behavior changes have become a serious reality and an unmanageable problem. As a result parents are greatly upset and worried about internet pornography and the Court´s unwanted decision.
Among the top ten on the ramification list is the great abundance of strip joint places where gross immoral behavior is the mode of their operation. Along with internet pornography strip joints are considered a form of free speech also.
Pre-teen sex (middle school students) and teen sex is also on the top ten list of ramifications because of the addiction to internet pornography. Many parents must be spending serious sleepless nights worrying about sex becoming part of their children´s lives.
It is on record that lawyers, doctors, teachers, priests, government officials along with others spend working hours viewing pornography. There was recently a big scandal in Washington D. C., involving government workers. Women used to shy away from pornography, but in our modern world they are among the very addicted. Many careers have been ruined because of pornography. A teacher was arrested for teacher-student sex. Pornography was founded on his confiscated computer in his classroom. The teacher-student sex book took place in his classroom.
Other sexual behavior traced to internet pornography includes: a policeman wanting sex instead of issuing a violation ticket; gynecologists violating their trust; a priest guilty of child abuse had pornography on his computer; adult-under age teen sex; the great increase in rapes and rape murders.
It is not a coincidence that all of this is happening on a large scale in 2011. It is a no-brainer. The U. S. Supreme Court´s decision on pornography was a great intrusive decision and error of judgment. It had affected so many lives. The court learned nothing from the Constitution farmer´s shortsighted decision on free speech. Pornography is a great intrusive evil and addiction. Steer clear of it.
