St. Gertrude the Great [1256-1301(2)]†

Benedictine mystic, whose name Gertrude means Law Counsel Faithful. She is the holy mystical people, born in Eisleben, Germany, also known as St. Gertrude of Eisleben. She had the gift of revelation, considered to be the first to spread the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the cult of St. Joseph.
