The Ruination Of America

There is no doubt that the wheels of America’s culture have long ago fallen off, and that America is only a shell of her former self. The old America has evolved into a very sad new America. And there are some very solid reasons for that since the sudden assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. The birth of the new America began very shortly thereafter, and it started with the counterculture movement and the new regime in Washington that followed the assassination.
Each reason listed here can be a topic of discussion alone. However, the reasons will be mentioned with only a short statement with them. There’s no special order.
REASONS:
1. BEATLES- helped to introduce dope taking (LSD) and the glorification of deviant behavior and rock and roll music.
2. HOLLYWOOD- strayed from good and wholesome movies and television programs and good personal moral living to excessive violence, sex, foul language, cursing, indecent behavior, co-habitation, and children out of wedlock as the norm.
3. TELEVISION- help Hollywood bring into millions of homes the awful agenda of what goes on at the cinemas.
4. ROCK ’N ROLL MUSIC- glorified very unacceptable behavior, speech, and dope taking.
5. AMERICAN COURTS- left God out of many decisions and allowed their Godless decisions to become law.
6. POLITICIANS- also disregarded God, corruption abounds in Washington, and promoted and supported political correctness that has changed daily cultural living in a non-productive way.
7. MAINSTREAM MEDIA- has become the most influencial force for liberal thinking and liberalism that has taken over America.
8. PERSONAL POWER-GREED- has become a way of life and greatly effects daily business and personal life throughout America.
9. AMERICAN CITIZENS- sixty percent of them have abandoned religious living and replaced that with making up their own rules for daily living in all areas.
10. CRIME- has increased to an alarming rate causing prisons to overflow with lawbreakers and murders.
All of these reasons working together little-by-little in harmony over the past 45 years have transformed America into an irreligious, immoral, corrupt, do your own thing type of culture submerged in abortions. And it has not been without severe consequences, both culturally and from natural disasters. Look around you. Listen to the radio. Read the daily papers. And stay tuned. The worst is yet to come. You will realize that God no longer blesses America and her activities. It has already begun with the severe failing economy that is going to last for quite some time. Stay tuned.

No Great American Here

As soon as Ted Kennedy passed away, the super liberal mainstream media in America promptly began the canonization of him as a “great American.” The media completely ignored the reasons why he is not a “great American.” The real and true facts prove that. What are the real and true facts? Here they are.
Some of the blame goes to Ted’s father. He was always saving Ted’s bacon when Ted got into trouble during his going years. Ted’s father generously volunteered his influence, which hindered Ted’s character development very greatly.
After high school Ted entered Harvard University. There, Ted was a cheater. He was expelled from Harvard twice. Once was for cheating on a test. The second time was for paying a classmate to cheat for him. While expelled he joined the U.S. Army. His father arranged preferential treatment for him, and he never rose above private during his two year of service.
After his two years in the Army he returned to Harvard and law school at the University of Virginia. While a student at the U. of V., he was cited four times for wreck less driving. But his Virginia driver’s license, was never revoked and coincidently, he passed the bar exam there in 1959. Was his father helpful again? In 1954 Ted was seriously injured in a plane crash. While in the hospital at the time his tests showed he was legally drunk, at the time he was admitted. That remained a state a secret until 1980’s. At the time of Ted’s death the media did not mention any of this.
On July, 19, 1969, Kennedy left a party to chauffeur Mary Jo Kopechne, and that led to her death. Kennedy may have partied too much, and that could be the reason he waited until the next morning to call the police. When the accident happened, Kennedy swam to shore leaving Mary Jo in the submerged car. She died a horrible death as Kennedy handled the situation very poorly. Later Kennedy insured the fact that any inquiry would be contained, and it was, leading to only a suspended sentence of two months.
As a senator he was not very outstanding at all. He was widely held in Washington as the “standard-bearer” for liberalism. He was also know around Washington as one who drank to excess, who was loud, who was boisterous, and who was disrespectful to women.
Now you know the real Ted Kennedy, and how he was shielded from the general public by the super liberal mainstream media. They did and outstanding shielding job the media shielded a super liberal senator and an ordinary person because of his famous name and influence. The real Kennedy is not worthy of adulation, or idolization, or canonization. Most parents would not want their sons to be like Ted Kennedy. We are thankful for that, as he really does not qualify as a “great American”. Ted Kennedy was far and away from that.

A multitude of people get involved, and then they learn some very hard and scary lessons. And for some it is nearly impossible, or actually impossible, to bring their life back to normalcy. They think they are just fooling around and playing a game at a party or a get together. But they learn as they get more involved that they made a crucial mistake. And the big mistake was to ever get involved with the Ouija board.
The Ouija board is a board with letters and signs on it and used to try to receive messages from the spirit world of dead people. What is failed to be realized is the spirit world has both good and bad spirits in the spirit world. And evil spirits do not miss any opportunity to become part of a person’s life. They are deceitful and full of ticks to ensnare someone. And when the group is very successful in receiving answers to questions asked of the board, that inspires individuals to try it on their own. And that is where the danger lies. Many times the Ouija board players are not successful in contacting the spirit world. They are the lucky ones. It simply is wise not to ever get involved. There are no sorrows or regrets attached to that decision.
On the Coast to Coast program, hosted by George Nory, George was planning to have a special Ouija board night on Halloween, 2008. George gave plenty of advanced notice of the planned program. During the waiting period so many informed people called in and very strongly advised George to cancel Ouija board night. The callers included professional practitioners, career religious, and the listeners themselves who had or knew of someone who had a bad experience with the Ouija board. Millions of people listen to Coast to Coast. Needless to say George did cancel the program and advised his listeners to not get involved with the Ouija board at any time. It was George’s very best decision. He decided to avoid a multitude listener problems and possible lawsuits.
It is well worth repeating that the Ouija board is not a game. For many people who get involved it is a real event that leads to unexpected and very unwanted circumstances. The Ouija board can bring mysterious and unwanted forces into a life or family, and most often the force is an evil one. House haunting, evil spirits entering lives, and suicides have been attributed to involvement with Ouija board. The inventor of it died a very sudden death one day. He fell backward very suddenly off of the roof of his business as he was helping workers install a very high pole.
The popularity of Ouija boards as entertainment has greatly diminished over the last two decades as more and more people learned of the negative results and forced involved. Someone gave a 12 year old girl an Ouija board. She took it home and asked her grandmother to show her how to use it. Instead helping the grandmother took the board and planned to get rid of it. In a nice way grandmother explained and warned the girl to never get involved with an Ouija board. No one should ever get involved with one of these. A multitude of people will certainly agree with grandmother. Another great number learned the hard way after they got involved. It was too late for them.

A Life Transformed

Bill Guggenheim has a secure life as a stock broker, a nice home with a large swimming pool, a devoted wife,, and a toddler son. There used to be religion in his life, but Bill became an Agnostic because eventually believed that nothing can be known about God or life after death. Then, one day the very unbelievable happened in his life.
Bill was at home. It was a quiet and peaceful midday. Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice. At first the voice startled him. It was clear and urgent. Bill recognized the voice as that of his deceased father. “Bill, hurry and check the swimming pool.” Bill promptly did so, and he was horrified to see his toddler son floating face down in the water. Bill screamed for his wife. Together they rescued the boy and revived him. It was a very close call.
Needless to say, the whole experience was very thought provoking. Bill emphatically decided to change his life. The transformation of a life being lived with God and thoughts of an afterlife had begun. Bill decided to find out and learn as much about God and life after death as he possibly could.
As a result of his inquiring and book readings on that subject, Bill got to meet Dr. Kubler-Ross, whose life was also transformed, and who was the foremost authority on life after death. (She is now deceased.) Soon, Bill quit his job and spent considerable time and days interviewing people on his own. The people he talked to and the information he gathered was astounding and very convincing. Bill became a firm believer and decided to help others cancel their own doubts about God and the afterlife.

In America and probably in other parts of the world to, there is a saying that “there is nothing new under the sun.” Well, in the new American culture that is not true. There is something new under the sun, and the credit goes to incredible and destructive teenage behavior.
The teenage behavior being referred to here is called SEXTING. Sexting is the new teenage activity where teenagers electronically (cell phones and computers) send nude photos and explicit messages to each other. About 20% to 25% of high school students do this. The behavior is rampant across the United States, and schools are very concerned that it takes place during school hours. Administrators and teachers are also very concerned that their students do not realize the perilous outcomes the students face. It is a very grave situation!
Evil entities use immoral and illicit sexual behavior to trap souls. Therefore, sexting can open the door very wide to demonic affliction, demonic activity, and evil demonic possession. The door opens also very wide for other negative results. Sexting ruins lives at a very young age, because it is incredibly destructive behavior. It has real life consequences. Sexting can bring child pornography charges and criminal arrest. Suspicion of felony obscenity is aroused. Photos of the nude person can be distributed or sold without the nude person knowing about it. The National Crime Prevention Council is very closely monitoring all that is going on.
When parents come upon this activity going on with their teen’s cell phone or internet activity, parents have a real and serious problem on their hands. Parents have to convince their child immediately of several things. Sexting is very serious immoral behavior. Sexting leads to very unwise decisions. Individual privacy is lost. Parents have to tell their child if he/she fails to understand and co-operate, the proper authorities have to be notified immediately, or the parents will become part of this problem.
The sexting problem is not what the new America needs to join all the other negative problems polluting in the new America culture. When 59% or more of the American people do not practice religious living, it is no surprise that another serious and immoral and irreligious activity has joined the many others that infest the new America. It actually is an outgrowth of some of the other incredibly destructive behaviors.

Tópicos Culturales ARCD Editor desea sinceramente que esta Navidad y el próximo Año Nuevo sean mejor para Ud., y su familia. Asimismo, han transcurrido los cuatro Domingos de Adviento, que nos recuerda el próximo acontecimiento, uno de los más grandiosos y gloriosos en la Historia Sagrada del Israel Bíblico para toda la humanidad: el Nacimiento del Niño Jesús en Belén.
En el Evangelio según San Lucas, nos dice: “Por la entrañable misericordia de nuestro Dios, nos visitara el sol que nace de lo alto, para iluminar a los que viven en tinieblas y en sombras de muerte, para guiar nuestros pasos por el camino de la paz” [1], y el Evangelio según San Mateo nos menciona que un ángel del Señor se le apareció en sueños a San José y le dijo: “José, hijo de David, no dudes en recibir en tu casa a María, tu esposa, porque ella ha concebido por obra del Espíritu Santo. Dará a luz un hijo y tú le pondrás el nombre de Jesús, porque él salvará a su pueblo de sus pecados”. [2]

Cabe mencionar que de una de la imagen del Niño Jesús, y que por el reverso tienen una oración, como un, Recuerdo de Belén, regalo de Tierra Santa por la Orden de San Francisco de Asís, fue rediseñada por Tópicos Culturales para la difusión de la imagen del Niño Jesús Venerado en Belén, junto a la Oración al Niño de Belén, y apoyar también la noble misión que realizan nuestros hermanos franciscanos en Tierra Santa y en el mundo. [6]
En cuanto al TAU (T), ultima letra del alfabeto hebreo, se representó en la Postal Navideña, mediante una medalla de madera, pendiente de un cordel de color marrón, que aparece en la en la fotografía en forma de una doble “S”, y es para recordar de una forma representativa, a la TAU mencionada por el Profeta Ezequiel, y por San Juan en el Apocalipsis; y que San Francisco profesó con fe y devoción el signo TAU; en donde la doble “S” del cordel, en latín quiere decir: “Spiritu Sanctus” (Espíritu Santo), los 3 nudos son los 3 votos que realizan todas las órdenes religiosas: Pobreza, Castidad y Obediencia, y que los Frailes Franciscanos, lo simbolizan con un cordel blanco que ciñe la cintura en la sotana. [7]

Asimismo, han transcurrido los cuatro Domingos de Adviento, que nos recuerda el próximo acontecimiento, uno de los más grandiosos y gloriosos en la Historia Sagrada del Israel Bíblico para toda la humanidad: el Nacimiento del Niño Jesús en Belén.
En el Evangelio según San Lucas, nos dice: “Por la entrañable misericordia de nuestro Dios, nos visitara el sol que nace de lo alto, para iluminar a los que viven en tinieblas y en sombras de muerte, para guiar nuestros pasos por el camino de la paz” [1], y el Evangelio según San Mateo nos menciona que un ángel del Señor se le apareció en sueños a San José y le dijo: “José, hijo de David, no dudes en recibir en tu casa a María, tu esposa, porque ella ha concebido por obra del Espíritu Santo. Dará a luz un hijo y tú le pondrás el nombre de Jesús, porque él salvará a su pueblo de sus pecados”. [2]
Tópicos Culturales agradece a los distintos sitios de Internet, las imágenes que circulan en Google [3] y que se emplearon para hacer un Collage de Arte Fotográfico y presentar la Postal Navideña: ¡Feliz Navidad y Venturoso Año 2010!” [4], la cual se comparte, sin fines de lucro, agradecimiento muy en especial al sitio de la Orden Franciscana encargada de la Custodia de Tierra Santa, de donde se emplearon las imágenes del Niño Jesús en Belén Tierra Santa. [5]
Cabe mencionar que de una de la imagen del Niño Jesús, y que por el reverso tienen una oración, como un, Recuerdo de Belén, regalo de Tierra Santa por la Orden de San Francisco de Asís, fue rediseñada por Tópicos Culturales para la difusión de la imagen del Niño Jesús Venerado en Belén, junto a la Oración al Niño de Belén, y apoyar también la noble misión que realizan nuestros hermanos franciscanos en Tierra Santa y en el mundo. [6]
En cuanto al TAU (T), ultima letra del alfabeto hebreo, se representó en la Postal Navideña, mediante una medalla de madera, pendiente de un cordel de color marrón, que aparece en la en la fotografía en forma de una doble “S”, y es para recordar de una forma representativa, a la TAU mencionada por el Profeta Ezequiel, y por San Juan en el Apocalipsis; y que San Francisco profesó con fe y devoción el signo TAU; en donde la doble “S” del cordel, en latín quiere decir: “Spiritu Sanctus” (Espíritu Santo), los 3 nudos son los 3 votos que realizan todas las órdenes religiosas: Pobreza, Castidad y Obediencia, y que los Frailes Franciscanos, lo simbolizan con un cordel blanco que ciñe la cintura en la sotana. [7]

Old America vs. New America

At one time America used to be a very wonderful country in this wide world. The great majority of America's citizens were God loving and fearing. They kept the 10 Commandments and attended church on Sundays very regularly. They lived moral and orderly lives and taught their children to do exactly the same. Politeness was the daily way instead of the exception. They obeyed the established rules orderly living and the rules of the road while driving their cars. Neighbors minded their own business, took care of their houses, and were friendly and helpful. They were honest people in their dealings. The school systems produced soli and very productive citizens. (They were great leaders for victory during World War 2.) Prices for daily living were honest and generally affordable. All of these sounds like a pleasant dream, but it were a pleasant reality. In the new America of today it is only a dream. The pleasant reality vanished with the last century.
America is today well into the new century and the year 2009, and she is a far cry of her old self. The new America and the many changes are around us every¬where. And that is not at all very good. The chances of America changing back to her old self are not at all possible.
To start with, God is no longer part of millions of American lives. Fifty-nine percent of Americans no longer practice religious living. They do not know the 10 Commandments or teach them to their children. The percentage of atheism has noticeably increased. Agnosticism has also increased. If anyone studies the solar system, or reads the lives of the saints, or reads the stories of people's near death experiences and the doctor's comments would have a mind change. The court systems and the liberal judges have made many irreligious decisions in matter; of morality cases and especially concerning abortion and same-sex marriage. American prisons are overflowing with criminals. People make up their own rules for daily living. Common courtesy in relationships and in public places and while driving is absent. Personal appearances and women's modest dress leaves very much to be desired. Fraud, greed, and dishonest dealings are commonplace. Vulgar and indecent language can be heard by anyone at any time and especially by young people. People are afraid to help others out of fear of being sued. Yes, this is the new America.
There are a few good qualities left in American culture that we can well ac¬cept. There is a small percentage of Americans who still love God and keep His Commandments and have their moral compasses pointing in the right direction. But it is not possible at all to even come close to accepting the overall con¬dition of the American culture and way of life. We are far and away from all the numerous qualities that once made America so great. That is because Americans have drifted so far away from God and religious living. Until that philosophy changes, nothing else will change. America will simply continue to be without God's great help and blessings. Until Americans change their thinking and get back to God's ways and religious living, America will continue to stumble and never be the great nation she once was. The new America will never become the very blessed and acceptable old America.
