Two Deaths-One Lesson Learned

The gruesome murder of swimsuit model, Jasmine Fiore, and the suicide hanging of “smooth operator”, Ryan Jenkins, has been captivating and very much in the news and the print media since August 15, 2009. Jasmine's body was found in a trash bin, and Ryan's body was found several days later hanging in a closet in a motel room in Vancouver, Canada. The deaths were tragic and the whole episode senseless. Two young people's lives wasted.

The violent and tragic death of Jasmine and the suicide death of Ryan are very sad, indeed. The murder of Jasmine was at the hands of a man who used his very violent temper in a fit of jealousy was very gruesome. Her nose was broken. She was strangled. Her finger tips were cut off so her identity would not be dis¬covered. Her remains were crammed in a small suitcase and deposited in a trash dumpster. From this whole episode there is a very important lesson to learn and remember, and true Christians will, indeed, understand very clearly.

Because of the sudden and violent situation that arose and Jasmine's struggle to protect herself, she had no chance to have any last minute reconciliation with God. At the last minute she was very likely not spiritually prepared for her eternal life that came upon her so suddenly. That was the most tragic part.

In Ryan's case he had the chance to express sorrow and ask God for His for¬giveness, which Ryan might have done. But Ryan had to ask God to forgive all hls life's transgressions and then decide to take any legal punishment due him. The chances are otherwise. He most probably threw away any reconciliation he gained when he took his own life. After he died, there was no chance for any reconciliation for his suicide. That also was the most tragic part. The end for Jasmine and Ryan spiritually considering does not at all seem possible, but God as their judge only knows for sure.

Whether anyone wants to recognize and admit or not, the bottom line in every¬one's life is this. Did everyone live a life pleasing to God and then die in His friendship, which is most important, in the end to be happy with God for all eternity? In the end we are judged, and every thought, word, and action counts. Nothing is lost in time in eternity. And according to the news reports, the life styles of Jasmine and Ryan were very questionable spiritually considering. All Christian thinking and living people can understand this, and they realize the one most important lesson learned is to constantly live life pleasing to God and die in His friendship. Not everyone is fortunate enough to receive and have that final and most important grace from our loving God and Savior.

ADDENDUM
The same lesson can be learned from the death of Michael Jackson. He died without the chance for reconciliation with God during his last moments. When Michael went to sleep, he fully expected to wake up and continue his life. So reconciliation was far from his mind. His death was a double tragedy it seems.

En el calendario del Santoral Católico 2009, se celebra al Pontífice San Dámaso, quién fue Papa a partir del año 366 y muere en el mes de Diciembre 11, del año 384 d C, a la edad de 80 años.

Era de ascendencia española por su familia, aunque la Enciclopedia Católica, no precisa el lugar exacto de nacimiento, menciona la zona de Gallaecia de la Península Ibérica durante el Imperio Romano de Occidente.

Fue un hombre de una gran cultura, muy brillante, y además poeta, escribió epitafios en los sepulcros de distintos mártires. Se dice que al Papa Dámaso introdujo entre las oraciones del mundo Católico el "Gloria al Padre, al Hijo y al Espíritu Santo, como era en un principio, ahora y siempre por los siglos de los siglos. Amén". El Papa Pío XI, lo declaró Patrono de las Catacumbas y de la Arqueología cristianas.

Antes de ser Papa, San Dámaso, fue secretario de dos Papas San Liberio y San Félix, y haciendo honor a su Excelencia de haber sido secretario, nombro como secretario a nada menos y a nadie más que a San Jerónimo, Padre de las Ciencias Bíblicas, al cual le encargo la traducción al Latín de las Sagradas Escrituras: la Santa Biblia a una versión popular denominada la “Vulgata”, que la Iglesia Católica la empleo por 15 siglos, y el Papa Benedicto XVI, se ha referido en distintas ocasiones.

Se atribuye a San Dámaso una serie de acciones que dieron consistencia a la Iglesia Católica, tales como: el llamar Sede Apostólica a la Sede Romana, el Latín paso a ser el idioma oficial en vez del Griego y en el año 374 se estableció el Símbolo de la Epifanía (Fe Católica n°5-8).

Los diversos Concilios durante el pontificado de San Dámaso, en forma cronológica y sincrónica fueron:

381 Primer Concilio de Constantinopla, que completa al de Nicea afirmando la Divinidad del Espíritu Santo.

381 Concilio de Aquilea contra los arrianos donde el papa no puede estar representado al estar en lucha contra el antipapa Ursino.

382 Segundo concilio de Roma que, bajo el impulso de San Jerónimo condena al apolinarismo.

383 Tercer Concilio de Roma.

Three Horrendous Murders

These three murders stand out because they vividly exemplify the violence and cruelty of fellow human being. The murders are particularly gruesome. The fingerprints of Satan seem to be all over these murders, especially Ryan´s who is from Vancouver, Canada, a place where Malachi Martin, author of the book, Hostage to The Devil, said demonic activity and possession is noticeably present and active.

Jasmine Fiore, 28, was a Los Angeles swimsuit model who recently moved there from Las Vegas. She met a man in a strip joint there, and early in 2009 they were married. Jasmine also did other kinds of work requiring the wearing of swimsuits. Prior to her marriage to the man she met in a strip joint, she had a relationship with two men would lead to her very early death.

Ryan Jenkins, 32, was the man Jasmine meet in the Las Vegas strip joint. They seemed to get along well, and the relationship blossomed into marriage. But soon into the marriage the relationship soured, and they separated. The millionaire Ryan Jenkins left. Little did Ryan realize that his lifestyle and the meeting of Jasmine would lead to his early death, also. His well know temper got in his way.

On Friday, August 14, 2009, they were seen together in an Diego, California. At that time together something serious developed between them, and that activated Ryan´s well know temper. Everything ended tragically for Jasmine. Ryan strangled her in a fit of temper. He pulled all her teach and cut off all her fingers so her body would not be identified. Then, Ryan put her body in a small suitcase and put it in a dumpster far away from the crime. When he realized a manhunt was out for him he fled to his own country, Canada, and hanged himself in a motel after several days had passed. That was the end of a most gruesome murder.

Skylar Deleon instigated a horrible crime, and with the help to others carried it out. When, he answered an ad for a yacht for sale. He and two others carried talked the lady and man owners into a cruise. Once out on the ocean Deleon and his two helpers subdued the two owners and quickly wrapped them in duct tape. The hysterical woman pleaded for their lives, but her efforts were in vain. The three murders quickly tied them to the yacht´s large anchor and let the anchor pull the helpless and screaming couple overboard to their certain watery deaths. It was a very horrendous couple of murders, but justice eventually took place. At the trial after all the evidence was presented, the jury members were overcome with emotion as they retreated to the deliberation room. All total 4 people were tried and convicted.

An 83 year old man and his 73 year old wife, both incapacitated, had their house up for sale in Santa Ana, California. A 34 year old man who had robbery on his mind answered the ad, shortly after he arrived, he quickly went into action. The male owner was stabbed 25 times with a steak knife in a very brute attack. The man´s wife put up a strong fight as she was stabbed 35 to 40 times. The frenzied attack left 2 incapacitated people dead. The killer then ransacked the house looking for money and valuables. The living room and walls were covered with blood. The killer was later caught as he left his DNA on a soda can. The murders were particularly horrific because of the many slashes and stab wounds.

Nowadays, there were seems to be no limit to the cruelty and extent of murderous attacks. And they happen quickly. It is a very bad sign for not only the present, but for the future as well. Thanks to DNA evidence many murders are being solved.

A Very Good Reason

Two dozen adult Americans were asked what might be a good reason for so many murders and various other serious crimes being committed in America culture. Some very good reasons were given, but none of the reasons included the one that is going to be discussed in this communication, because it is never mentioned in normal everyday conversation or the medical profession.

All 24 people were educated and successful, and most of them (18 people) agreed once the likely reason was brought to their attention, analyzed, and discussed during a two hour conversation. Several people in the conversation knew someone who fit the likely reason, because they had serious criminal problems to face in their lives.

The very likely reason for so many horrendous murders and outrages crimes, never mentioned in the media or normal conversation, is this. Far too many people in the modern world, young and older, do not believe in God or any kind of eternal life after earthly life is over. Far too many people do not believe that late in eternity they are going to be accountable and have to answer for all their thoughts, words, and actions throughout their lives, and that nothing is lost in the passage of time.

When a non-believer feels that no eternal accountability is in order, a whole different type of thinking comes into effect, and that thinking can lead to very criminal activity, which most likely occurs. The number of non-believers in America has increased during the past few years, and so have murders, serious assaults on other humans, and suicides, especially among teenagers. Non-believers very easily believe that they have nothing to lose later on. It is the many that God´s judgement and everything to lose with a bad judgement is also in order. Believers know that God´s graces help to keep their moral compasses pointed in the right direction. The well heard of statement, “but for the grace of God, there would I go.” That is well worth repeating here.

The percentage of Americans who do not practice religious living has increased by 12 percent. That brings the total of irreligious living to nearly 60 percent. The non-believer group increased, by 7 percent. That total is 15 percent. There is no wonder why so many horrifying murders and other crimes and immorality have greatly increased also. There is no wonder why America´s prisons are overflowing with so many hardcore criminals. The correlation is definitive and increasing, and very costly for the American culture.

Thinking Changes Are Needed

Along with the politicians and the court systems in America, nothing has ruined the American culture more than counterculture thinking and their philosophy of make up your own rules for daily living as you go from day to day. Their self-made rules have ruined so many lives and caused so much heartache and premature death for so very many. American jails and prisons are overflowing with people who have made up their own rules. Unfortunately, the many who abide by the established rules and regulations have to suffer in the deteriorated culture also.

Anyone who drives and auto and obeys the established rules of the road knows who much harder it is to get safely to one´s destination. And common rules of road politeness are just about non-existent, especially among the new young drivers. Many auto drivers are six feet under the earth because of their make-up your-own rules for driving.

When you are out in the market place doing ordinary business, those who were brought up to be polite and considerate know that common politeness, especially from the younger ones, is very much absent. There is no difference between human behavior and animal behavior. The older people have copied the young people it seems.

Have you noticed the out in public personal dress and look of people from day to day? Have you noticed how just plain awful looking men and boys look nowadays everywhere you go? Have you noticed how indecently women are dressed no matter where they are and even in church? Men look like circus animals with their spiked hair and hideous tattoos. Boys look like unkempt refugees from far off places with their spiked hair and droopy trousers and bare leg calfs showing. The indecent dress of women and girl is very obvious with their skin-tight blue jeans, miniskirts, excessive cleavage, and half bare breasts plainly visible.

Women go everywhere, even to church, dressed like that. There is no sense of appropriate dress behavior anymore. All those few who do dress properly seem out of place. But those few regard modern dress behavior as unsightly and immoral.

The entertainment industry has done a great deal towards polluting and ruining the American culture, because millions of America make their offerings part of their daily lives. As fans of entertainment they worship the entertainers as gods, when the entertainers give the wrong character and moral messages to the public. Entertainers set trends and behavior in very unacceptable directions. Co-habitation, babies out of wedlock, suggestible female attire, violence, cursing, and foul language from entertainers and copycats is unacceptable at all times.

Some of the very worst thinking comes from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. They now allow sexually active gays to become clergy and serve as ministers. That is unthinkable. But now it is a shameful reality.

All the ruinous and unacceptable thinking and behavior mentioned in this communication, plus the added bad thinking of politicians and the courts, have day by day over several decades severely polluted and corrupted America´s culture. The bad thinking and clueless counterculture people are totally incapable of understanding that just because something can be done that does not mean it should be done. All the indications are the prevailing thinking will, indeed, continue. There is not much hope foe change in America´s thinking, sadly to say, unless God intervenes. It can happen at anytime now or later. And that is a foregone conclusion.

The Octuplets Saga

On January 27, 2009, an unwed woman with 6 children and no job and living with her parents in California used a sperm donor and gave birth to 8 babies, thanks to invitro-fertilization and fertility drugs. That, dear readers, is a grade A perfect example of counterculture cluelessness. A large amount of cluelessness goes to the doctor who originated the situation and allowed it to happen, after she was turned down by several hospitals. Now what? The hospital bill is estimated to be close to 300,000 dollars. The children are expected to have numerous physical problems, such as breathing, digestive, growth, hearing, and vision. The mother is clearly a wrong thinking person. She is not only clueless. She borders on brainless. And the doctor´s ethics show a complete lack of correctness and common sense. The whole episode was irresponsible and outrages to say the least.

Obama´s Bad Decisions

It is becoming more and more clear U.S. President Obama is not qualified to lead the United States. His hasty executive orders that fact. His executive orders the overturn ex-President´s that were working very well are a clear example. One executive order is going to add nearly $2000 dollars to the cost a new car in California. His health care plan+entitlements+taxing the rich=mathematical disaster. And to make matters worse, he has the congress in place to carry out his political plans. America is in for a very rough ride and will never be the same. Please stay tuned.

Help Stop Gang Activity

When a person is threatened by a gang member, the person should not feel intimidated taking corrective action. Do not become scared. Instead seek the help of the police. One of the police´s goals is to really clamp down on gang activity. And if life is threatened, that is an arrestable offence. When good law-abiding citizens remain silent, the gang members become emboldened and continue their gang offences. It takes courage and action. It is the only way to correct the situation.

Obama´s Economy Stimulus Bill

The stimuli bill that Obama got passed through Congress is a very bad bill for several reasons, because it will not stimulate the economy at all. It was poorly designed. It will take to long to stimulate. And then the stimulation will be in wrong direction. It narrows down to a power grab and to enlarge the power of the federal government.

What need to be done was to go back to the drawing board and give the power to the consumer. It worked that way in the past. The consumer would have gotten the job done, and much faster, also. As it is now, it´s loaded with government power, and that is very bad on top of the lack of simulation. The country does not need the present trillion dollar mistake by the U.S. Government. As past President Ronald Regan said long ago, “The government is not the answer. The government is the problem.” That still stands today.
